    New procedures are established and gaining momentum. The festivities and joy of the Spring Festival are still lingering, On February 17, Higold Group held a 2024 New Year's construction commencement ceremony with the theme of " Set Sail and Forge Ahead ". Both the Star Headquarters and the Hexagonal manufacturing base had a good start at the same time.

    "Happy New Year! Good luck with the work!" At 8 a.m. that day, along with New Year blessings, all employees returned to work with full enthusiasm. Higold employees gathered happily in front of the Star Headquarters and the Hexagonal manufacturing base to receive red envelopes for the start of work. A festive red envelope for the start of work expresses New Year's blessings from Higold to all employees, and also encourages every Higold employee to be high-spirited and passionate in the new year.

    On the first day of construction, with the sound of firecrackers and the sound of drums, six energetic Lingnan lions danced. The lifelike lion dance performance won applause from the whole house and brought good luck and blessings to the senior management and employees of Higold.

    Dancing lion means making money everywhere and getting promoted step by step. Ou Jinfeng, Chairman of the Higold Group, led the heads of each business unit to greet the guests and jointly wish the Higold Group a prosperous business in 2024.

    Amid the "opening cannon" symbolizing good luck and the lively sound of gongs and drums, the lion dance team went into the workshops and offices to spread joy to every corner and helping to bring in wealth and prosperity in the New Year. Everyone took turns touching the lion's head for good luck. Under the dance of the lion dance team, the whole place was full of joy and celebration.

    In order to further strengthen the cohesion of the Higold workforce, a fun New Year party and tug-of-war competition were held that afternoon, fully demonstrating the good spirit of Higold employees who are united and striving for the first place. A special banquet was held under the Star Headquarter building to kick off the joyful moment of welcoming the Spring Festival.

    As night falls, the brilliant lights of the Star Headquarter building shine in the New Year. In Mr. Ou’s inspiring speech, the 2024 New Year’s Commencement Dinner officially kicked off. Chairman Ou said that in the new year, he hopes to work together with all Higold employees to start a new journey in the Year of the Dragon, continue to strive to improve the quality of human life, and create a better future together.

    Later, Chairman Ou, together with the senior leaders of each business department, raised a toast to all Higold employees and thanked the employees who had been with them all the way to celebrate the New Year together. The New Year’s hopes and plans are all in the hands of each other, and it’s a brand new start.

    Set sail to lead the way, speed up the pace to embark on a new journey of tens of billions of home hardware aircraft carriers!
